We’re seeking a sharp, energized, polished sales consultant with significant luxury automotive experience and advanced skills in CRM-driven lead generation and data analytics . This role demands someone who embodies sophistication and professionalism, seamlessly merging consultative selling with strategic, data-informed outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences in the luxury retail environment, guiding clients through vehicle selection, test-drives, and tailored financing.
Use CRM systems and data tools to identify, engage, and nurture high-value leads (e.g., follow-up, behavioral triggers).
Analyze sales trends, customer data, and pipeline metrics to create proactive outreach strategies and refine sales forecasts.
Present vehicles and sales alternatives with poise—whether in-person, virtually, or via mobile tools.
Stay on top of inventory and brand knowledge for Lincoln’s premium product lineup.
Collaborate with marketing and management to integrate data insights into campaigns and promotions.
Maintain a brand-appropriate, professional appearance and demeanor in all customer touch-points.
Minimum Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience selling luxury brands—Lincoln, Lexus, MercedesBenz, etc.
Proficient with CRM and lead management systems; capable of data mining and using analytics to influence sales.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Organized, driven, and adept at selfdirected, follow-through heavy roles.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
Preferred
Expertise or certification in data analysis tools (Excel, AutoAlert, CRM analytics).
Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving repeat/referral business in a luxury environment.
Experience with remote presentations or delivery tools (e.g., Lincoln Way app features)
