Position Overview As a Loan Sales Representative , you’ll be the front-line driver of our lending pipeline—building relationships with real estate investors, wholesalers, fix-and-flippers, and small developers nationwide. Your role is to originate and close qualified loan applications by leveraging your industry experience, product knowledge, and client-first mindset. This is an ideal opportunity former reps from companies like Civic Financial, Lima One Capital, Kiavi, Angel Oak Home Loans, or New Western Acquisitions who are ready for a remote role with high autonomy and real earning potential. What You’ll Do Proactively source, qualify, and close real estate investor loan deals across residential and small commercial properties. Educate borrowers on lending options and match them to the best program. Leverage our CRM and lead management tools to track sales activity, follow-up, and pipeline status. Build a personal network through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, real estate investor meetups, and industry events. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and referral partners (wholesalers, agents, contractors, etc.). Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and servicing teams to ensure a smooth, high-converting borrower journey. Provide feedback on borrower trends, competitor movement, and new product opportunities.
What You Bring 3+ years of loan sales or originations experience , preferably in private lending, non-QM, or subprime lending (e.g., Civic, Lima One, Kiavi, Angel Oak, Assurance Financial, Ameris). Proven ability to hit or exceed monthly loan volume targets ($2M+ ideal). Familiarity with investment property loans, bridge loans, fix-and-flip, and DSCR loan programs. Strong understanding of credit profiles, LTV, ARV, and other lending metrics. Ability to work independently and remotely with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills—able to gain trust quickly and close confidently. CRM experience required; HubSpot preferred.
