TMC Transportation has an immediate opening for a Logistics Sales Representative working out of our corporate office in Ft Woth, TX SHIFT: Monday - Frida y, 7am-4:30pm How you will contribute to the mission: · Build and grow a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities through proven lead generation strategies. · Initiate discovery calls with potential and existing customers to ensure business alignment with TMC service solutions. · Establish long-term partnerships built on integrity, competence and capability. · Communicate with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services. · Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate pricing solutions that meet customer needs which align with company profitability objectives. · Execute business opportunities, promptly address customer concerns, and ensure timely and accurate resolutions which cultivate positive customer experiences. · Monitor market trends, industry disruptors, and regulatory changes to provide informed, educated customer solutions. · Accurately track sales goals, customer activity, and performance expectations utilizing existing, internal software platforms. · Proactively communicate with leadership all notable activities, successes, and challenges to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
