Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales teamto exceed sales goals
  • Drive showroom and digital retail sales performance for maximum lead conversion
  • Forecast monthly sales, set objectives, and track KPIs for volume, gross, and CSI
  • Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns to increase profitability
  • Ensure a luxury-level customer experience that grows referrals and repeat business
  • Partner with F&I, Marketing, Service, and Partsfor dealership-wide success
  • Oversee deal desking, trade appraisals, and compliance for speed and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of automotive sales management experience (luxury brand preferred but not required)
  • Proven ability to exceed volume, gross, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Strong skills in CRM systems, desking tools, and digital retailing workflows
  • Ability to recruit, motivate, and retain top talent for a winning culture
  • Business acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record
