Please note: Holding an Active Real Estate License is a mandatory requirement. This is a 100% commission-based job; your efforts and commitment to this job will enable you to create your own path for financial stability and success. Almost every agent on our team will make in excess of $120,000 - $180,000+ this year.
Compensation:$125,000 - $200,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Lead generate with opportunities presented to you and leverage your communication skills on the phone and in person.
- Engage actively in networking and prospecting to expand the client base and create sales opportunities.
- Identify and showcase properties that align with clients' preferences and requirements, offering guidance throughout the entire process for agents to get up to speed quickly.
- Skillfully maneuver and negotiate offers to secure favorable deals for clients in a competitive market environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and other agents to broaden professional connections and increase referral possibilities.
- Exhibit a collaborative and supportive mindset and a unified commitment to achieving shared objectives through a team-oriented approach. You better be a team player, or don't apply.
- Effectively convert qualified appointments, marketing leads, and prospects into successful real estate transactions. Helping clients achieve one of their most personal and valuable purchases, we will help you with the correct approach.
- To excel in this Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent role in Boston, MA, US, having an active Real Estate License is mandatory.
