Are you a natural closer with a passion for luxury retail? Braswell & Son is seeking a driven Luxury Sales Associate / Pawnbroker to join our team. In this role, youll help customers buy and sell fine jewelry, designer handbags, and luxury accessories while also assisting clients with short-term loans.

What Youll Do

  • Sell fine jewelry, watches, handbags, and high-end luxury brands (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Rolex, etc.)
  • Deliver a consultative sales experience uncovering customer needs and confidently closing sales
  • Write and manage pawn loans with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Build relationships with repeat clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain merchandise displays and ensure showroom standards are met

What Were Looking For

  • Proven track record in retail sales or high-end sales environments (jewelry, luxury goods, automotive, furniture, or similar)
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to hit and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and confident presence with customers
  • Integrity and reliability handling both high-value items and financial transactions

Job Type

  • Full-time
  • Closed on Sundays, close at 6pm, need to be available on Fridays and Saturdays.
