Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our Boston showroomdelivering an elevated, consultative experience that helps customers bring their dream homes to life. With a deep understanding of client service, you'll guide each customer journey from inspiration to purchase, representing both the brand and the luxury lifestyle it embodies.

  • Deliver Elevated Service Conduct personalized, one-on-one consultations with a refined and attentive approach, ensuring every customer feels seen, heard, and inspired.
  • Convert with Confidence Leverage expert product knowledge, space planning tools, and compelling storytelling to close high-ticket sales with ease.
  • Own the Relationship Build and nurture long-term customer relationships with a high-touch, consultative approachturning one-time buyers into loyal clients.
  • Leverage Tech to Convert Actively track leads, manage follow-ups, and use our digital tools to create seamless, data-driven sales journeys that result in conversions.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven success in high-end or luxury sales Youve thrived in retail, high-ticket sales, or concierge-level service roles, and know how to build trust with clients who value both style and substance.
  • Sales & Outreach Mentality You dont wait for opportunities to come to youyou actively reach out, follow up, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Maximize Sales Identify, nurture, and convert as many potential customers as possible by proactively engaging, following up, and closing.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service Treat all potential and converted customers with the highest levels of customer service. Deliver a warm, professional, and solution-oriented experience for all clientsbefore, during, and after the sale.
  • Team collaboration Youre a strong communicator who works well with others, responds quickly across platforms, and helps create a supportive and high-performing showroom culture.
  • Tech-savvy and organized Youre comfortable with digital platforms and tools that help track leads, manage client interactions, and support an efficient sales process.
