Job Summary:
The Luxury Sales Representative involves all aspects of quoting, ordering, tracking, and assisting with general customer needs. The Homeowner Sales Representative must be comfortable with being the front-line contact for the company, handling high-volume transactions and long-time customer relationships, being an organized multitasker, who finds creative solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities: This position is directly responsible for driving sales with existing clients in a specified Bravas sales territory
Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
Identify existing customers who are a good fit for upsell or cross-sell and reach out to them through in-person visits, calling and emailing
Follow up on inbound leads from Bravas service technicians
Adhere to required KPIs of the role including number of outreaches, proposals generated and closed pipeline
Follow the required company sales processes including entering leads into CRM, pricing deals within the approved discount levels and providing weekly sales forecast
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities: 2 years of inside sales experience
An aptitude for building long-term relationships with customers
Ability to educate customers on company products and services
Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions
Handle a high volume of inbound calls
Maintain accurate records in the CRM
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales
Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organization skills
Strong phone presence and quick connection skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Motivated, driven, and results-oriented
Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
