As a Luxury US Sales Manager , you’ll represent some of the world’s most exquisite high-end jewelry and rare diamonds.
This role blends high-level sales with travel across the USA and internationally — from exclusive events to diamond mines in remote corners of the world. Expect to engage with elite clientele, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to expanding the US market for this global powerhouse. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client relationships
Lead the sales process with confidence, driving revenue growth and exceeding expectations
Deliver white-glove customer service through in-person meetings, virtual appointments, and at exhibitions
Support daily operations within the Chicago office and assist with event preparation
Embrace a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with frequent domestic and international travel (minimum 20 weeks annually, non-consecutive) What We’re Looking For Proven sales success, ideally within luxury jewelry, diamonds, or high-end industries
