You create a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, educate customers, conduct product demonstrations, and provide tailored consultations that may include makeup application and skincare recommendations. Build lasting client relationships through proactive follow-up and personalized service to exceed expectations and sales goals. Responsibilities Educate customers on beauty products and trends; demonstrate applications and provide tailored consultations. Build and manage a loyal client base through consistent follow-up and clienteling. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging sales floor; assist with merchandising and pricing updates. Engage customers with welcoming, personalized interactions to foster repeat visits. Meet and strive to exceed daily sales goals and participate in sales events. Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Utilize point-of-sale and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience. Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance. Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and supervisors; ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English. At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience. Deliver personalized beauty experiences and stay current on product knowledge and trends. Ability to build relationships, promote offers and product launches, and participate in training and vendor education. Essential Physical Requirements Regular talking, lifting, standing, reaching with arms and hands; ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; close and color vision required. Frequent use of computers and handheld devices for transactions and job functions.
