Maintenance Sales Representative (HVAC) – $74K Base + Commission + Car Allowance

Location: Gaithersburg, MD and Surrounding Areas

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Sales Representative (MSR) to join our team and help grow our HVAC service business in Gaithersburg and the surrounding region. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on generating new business and selling at least $250,000 in HVAC maintenance contracts annually .

Responsibilities:

Prospect & Qualify: Cold call, conduct site surveys, and identify new business opportunities.

Sell Service Contracts: Prepare and present compelling HVAC maintenance proposals.

Build Relationships: Develop strong, cooperative relationships with clients and internal teams.

Collaborate: Work closely with the Service Department and Project Sales Representatives to ensure smooth project handoffs.

Stay Organized: Manage your time, leads, and documentation effectively to meet sales goals.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Prior sales experience is required; HVAC or technical sales is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Preferred: Completion of a formal sales training program.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $74,000

Quarterly Commission
