This is a full-time, hybrid or remote opportunity. Compensation: $200,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities: What we’re looking for... Candidates must reside in Northern California. This is a full-time opportunity. Begin as a Financial Professional to gain firsthand experience in client relationships, business development, and financial solutions. Learn to provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, and protection strategies. Complete required licensing and training to prepare for leadership. After your first year, transition into a six-month intensive management training program. Recruit, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals. Lead business growth using New York Life’s digital tools, marketing platforms, and proven systems. Qualifications: Prior sales, business ownership, or management experience preferred. MBA or advanced degree a plus, but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Enterprising drive with a commitment to professional growth. Ability to obtain state insurance licensing and FINRA registrations (training and support provided). Self-disciplined and motivated to build a successful long-term career. Must reside in Northern California.
