ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Manages and oversees the entire shop operation - Delivers superior guest service and ensures guest satisfaction - Ensures all Associates adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures - Coordinates training, and development of sales Associates - Ensures cleanliness, health, security, and safety standards are always maintained - Maintains, machines and store operating equipment and schedules preventive maintenance Help with online advertisements and sales.
