This role is a critical front-end position within the business development lifecycle, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, adept at building customer relationships, driving organic growth, and supporting capture efforts as needed./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliCustomer Relationship Management/liliOrganic Growth Program Expansion/liliStrategic Capture Participation/liliPipeline Reporting/liliMarket Intelligence Analysis/liliCompliance Communication/liliWork Environment/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliSecurity Clearance Requirement: Active TOP SECRET security clearance./liliBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred./liliMinimum 12+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years of industry experience and 4+ years in business development, account management, or program management within government contracting or national security sectors./liliProven success in building and maintaining customer relationships and driving organic growth./liliExperience supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts./liliStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills./liliExperience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliMasters degree in a relevant field./liliActive TS/SCI security clearance./liliPrior experience in government or military roles./liliEstablished network within DoD, intelligence, or technical domains./liliTechnical background in areas such as PNT, EW, Intelligence, TE, or data analytics./li/ulpScheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week./ppBasic Compensation: $160,000.00 - $240,000.00 (This range is for the Colorado area only). $174,000.00 - $263,000.00 (This range is for the California area only)./ppThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity./ppAdditional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
