We’re hiring a high-impact  Manager, Inside Sales to lead a growing team of outbound sales professionals focused on driving pipeline across strategic Enterprise accounts . Based in Raleigh, NC , this role is critical to ExtraHop’s go-to-market success and future sales leadership bench.
As Manager, Inside Sales, you’ll be responsible for hiring, developing, and enabling SDRs to generate high-quality pipelines. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is passionate about building and scaling outbound teams.
Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting into Enterprise accounts.
Coach and mentor reps on cold calls, email strategy, value messaging, and objection handling.
Drive outbound strategy aligned to ExtraHop’s key buyer personas—CISOs, SOC leaders, threat hunters, and network security architects.
Track and optimize team KPIs: activities, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline sourced.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops to execute campaigns and optimize prospecting workflows.
Leverage our tech stack—Orum, Apollo, Salesforce (SFDC), ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator—to drive efficiency and help scale.
Build a strong team culture that values accountability, learning, and career growth. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing SDR or BDR teams, ideally in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software.
Proven ability to lead teams that exceed pipeline generation goals.
Strong understanding of outbound sales motions and prospecting into complex Enterprise organizations.
Hands-on experience with modern SDR tools (Orum, Apollo, SFDC, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
A passion for coaching, developing talent, and creating clear career paths.
Data-driven and process-minded with a desire to iterate, test, and improve.
Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
Has predictable, reliable attendance. The salary range for this role is $95, - $, + 65/35 split + benefits
