What You Will Do
- Lead a team of 8 SDRs to achieve performance goals critical to company revenue
- Establish and track KPIs for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting conversion
- Inspect SDR work processes and the interface with customers and coach for constant improvement
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs as the team scales.
- Insure SDR information in the CRM system is current, and complete so management reports and forecast are accurate.
What Will Make You Successful
- You have performed this role successfully before.
- We know who our customers are and most know us.
- The SDRs need to conduct outbound email and phone campaigns using our target customer database.
- They need to tell a value story to the customer.
- The “close” is he agrees to an appointment with an Account Executive for a demonstration.
- They get a bonus for demos that take place and deals that close. No cap on bonuses.
