Lands' End Outfitters is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to support our sales enablement initiatives. In this role, you will assist in the execution of programs and processes that empower our sales and sales operations teams to perform effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and support the delivery of enablement tools and training. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of sales processes and a passion for supporting team success through collaboration and operational excellence. Support the implementation of sales enablement programs and initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
Assist in maintaining sales tools and platforms that supports Salesforce, ZoomInfo, ensuring these tools are effectively integrated and utilized to enhance sales performance
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, and tools, and create targeted training and development programs to address them.
Help create and deliver engaging sales training content, including presentations, playbooks, and online resources, to equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and sales collateral that align with sales objectives and customer needs.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives.
Implement and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales enablement technologies, and make recommendations for tools and resources to support the sales team.
Collaborate with sales operations to optimize the use of sales tools, systems, and technologies to streamline sales processes.
Oversee Course Content Development: Design, develop, and create engaging e-learning content, including interactive multimedia elements, videos, animations, quizzes, and assessments that align with learning objectives and instructional strategies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related support role in a B2B environment.
Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools, technologies, and platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire sales teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
