We're looking for a Sales Manager with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for digital marketing and innovation to lead a high-performing team in the Sarasota Lakeland, Florida market. If you're energized by coaching, building go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue through full-funnel marketing solutionsthis is your opportunity. This role would require that you live within this region in order to manage the outside sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Coach and lead your team to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Drive people development through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Recruit, onboard, and promote top sales talent to build a high-performing team
  • Work with your team to grow the customer base by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
  • Champion our brand through networking, community involvement, and industry engagement
  • Ensure consistent use of the sales process and CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage the pipeline and performance
  • Foster a consultative sales culture focused on long-term client relationships and sustainable growth
  • Build and execute a clear go-to-market strategy, including vertical prioritization and account planning
  • Embed coaching and feedback into daily interactions to elevate team performance
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings to align on goals, share best practices, and recognize achievements
  • Recommend and facilitate formal and informal training to support continuous learning and development

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in digital media or marketing tech
  • Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling
  • Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Passion for digital innovation and customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills including PC skills in Microsoft office and a CRM
  • Valid driver's license and Vehicle insurance is required (at least minimum insurance required for the state in which the employee works).
