We're looking for a Sales Manager with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for digital marketing and innovation to lead a high-performing team in the Sarasota Lakeland, Florida market. If you're energized by coaching, building go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue through full-funnel marketing solutionsthis is your opportunity. This role would require that you live within this region in order to manage the outside sales team.
What You'll Do
Coach and lead your team to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
Drive people development through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
Recruit, onboard, and promote top sales talent to build a high-performing team
Work with your team to grow the customer base by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
Champion our brand through networking, community involvement, and industry engagement
Ensure consistent use of the sales process and CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage the pipeline and performance
Foster a consultative sales culture focused on long-term client relationships and sustainable growth
Build and execute a clear go-to-market strategy, including vertical prioritization and account planning
Embed coaching and feedback into daily interactions to elevate team performance
Conduct weekly sales meetings to align on goals, share best practices, and recognize achievements
Recommend and facilitate formal and informal training to support continuous learning and development

What You Bring
5+ years of sales leadership experience in digital media or marketing tech
Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling
Strong coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
Passion for digital innovation and customer experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent organizational & analytical skills including PC skills in Microsoft office and a CRM
Valid driver's license and Vehicle insurance is required (at least minimum insurance required for the state in which the employee works).
