Strategic Sales Manager, PMC USCA The Strategic Sales Manager, PMC USCA, supports and drives profitable growth within assigned customers. You will have a comprehensive understanding of complex, multi-location accounts, strong influencing capabilities, exceptional communication skills, a growth-oriented mindset, and a collaborative approach that fosters mutual benefit. This position will report to the Commerical Director, PMC and it is located in Pittsburgh. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with account leadership, stakeholders, estimators, project managers, and other industry partners to promote collaboration and drive business growth. Partner with PPG PMC field sales teams to activate growth opportunities at local sites. Understand when and how to bring in partner organizations to help support the customer. Growth Enablement: Proactively communicate project and specification information to enhance bidding success Identify maintenance, transactional, and discretionary spend opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts. Execution and Leadership: Provide guidance to field sales team members, ensuring alignment with corporate headquarters' strategic initiatives. Participate in operational activities including forecasting, demand planning, supply chain coordination, and inventory management to ensure seamless execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategy, marketing, or sales within the coatings industry. Strong business acumen with proven ability to build relationships and analyze data to identify market growth opportunities. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Willingness and ability to travel as required (50%) PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
