Compensation: Our commission-based pay structure allows a range of $2,763-$30,500/month What we are looking for: Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred. Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely. Accessing sensitive customer financial and personal information for financing purposes. Driving and demonstrating vehicles to customers. Maintaining a professional and trustworthy demeanor when representing the dealership to customers. Meeting with customers in unsupervised settings (e.g., test drives or private consultations). Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
