We're currently seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Intern to join our Jupiter team and gain hands-on experience supporting the core functions of our growing business. Position Overview:
As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will assist our departments in the delivery of their work. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the company, including marketing operations, sales support, and communications. The position is designed for someone eager to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced marketing environment without the pressure of client-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with preparation of collateral and scheduling of appointments. Provide support for the company's media plan through email marketing and organic social media. Help organize and maintain internal project documents, reports, and tracking tools. Conduct research to support marketing and sales initiatives. Collaborate with team members on day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth delivery of projects. Preferred Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn. Duration and Schedule:
This internship program will run for 10–12 weeks, starting on September 1, 2025. The intern will be based at Palm Beach Gardens Location. Job Type: Paid Internship, Full Time. Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: $ $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
