We are committed to delivering family-centered, relationship-based therapy that supports each child’s unique developmental journey.
Position Summary: We are seeking a commission-based Marketing & Sales Representative to help expand our client base and referral network. This role is focused on lead generation, relationship management, and community outreach to support business growth.
Responsibilities: Identify, contact, and follow up with prospective clients and referral sources.
Establish and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, and early intervention providers.
Represent Direct Floortime in community outreach efforts, events, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal staff to optimize messaging and sales materials.
Report weekly progress, leads, and conversion data to management.
Use CRM or tracking tools to manage contacts and communication records.
Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience in healthcare, therapy services, special education, or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with autism services or DIR®/Floortime model is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Based in or knowledgeable about New Jersey (preferred).
Compensation: 100% commission-based structure.
Competitive commission per enrolled client or successful referral.
Performance-based bonuses available.
No earning cap.
