What You'll Do Engage with customers in a retail setting to promote AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services Deliver in-person product demonstrations and answer questions to help customers make informed decisions Provide excellent customer support and build long-term relationships through personalized service Help drive store performance by achieving sales goals and supporting promotional campaigns Collaborate with team members and leadership on best practices and strategies Keep up with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to remain a trusted resource for customers
