Job Description
The Marketing & Sales Operations Associate is a versatile, hands-on contributor supporting marketing execution, sales enablement, and CRM management across multiple global regions (EUR, MEA, APAC, NA, LATAM). This role blends creative marketing work with data-driven sales operations, ensuring brand consistency, accurate reporting, and efficient delivery of proposals, presentations, and events. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between creative content creation and operational tasks, making them a true utility player for the Global AMS business.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Support Develop and execute social media strategies, with emphasis on increasing engagement via short-form video (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels). Maintain consistent brand presence across regional campaigns (NoteMachine, PAI, and other AMS-related brands). Coordinate and support event planning and execution for global trade shows, regional conferences, and customer engagements. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies on content creation, campaign execution, and creative asset production.
Sales Enablement & Proposal Support Format and polish sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to meet brand and compliance standards. Maintain and update sales collateral and enablement tools for use across all global regions. Track and report on campaign performance and lead generation results.
CRM & Data Management Support Salesforce data hygiene, accuracy, and reporting to ensure proper pipeline visibility and forecasting. Assist with admin-level Salesforce tasks (with training provided), including list views, report building, and simple customizations. Monitor key metrics such as lead volume, engagement rate, follower growth, and regional event ROI.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Lead volume and conversion rates from marketing channels. Engagement rates and follower growth across social platforms. Salesforce data accuracy and tool adoption among sales teams. Event success metrics (registrations, attendance, post-event leads). Turnaround time for presentation and proposal deliverables.
Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in marketing coordination, sales operations, or a related role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or willingness to train. Strong copywriting, formatting, and content creation skills. Experience managing social media campaigns, ideally in a B2B setting. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
