Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing & Sales Representative to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with local insurance brokers and brokerages, introducing them to our industry-leading workers’ compensation technology, and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate has a background in insurance—particularly workers’ compensation—and thrives in a client-facing, relationship-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local insurance brokers, agencies, and brokerages.
Present and promote workers’ compensation technology solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
Prospect, pitch, and close new clients, helping to expand the company’s presence in the marketplace.
Build and manage a client database, tracking opportunities and maintaining regular follow-up.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing product knowledge and tailoring solutions to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client experience.
Meet and exceed sales goals through a combination of new business development and relationship management.
Qualifications
Prior experience in the insurance industry , ideally with exposure to workers’ compensation.
Strong sales, business development, or marketing background with proven results.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly personable, polished, and confident in client-facing settings.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable with prospecting and building out a client base.
