Responsibilities Ensure a positive customer experience Prepare damage repair estimates, evaluate repair methodologies Review factual information, interview insureds, and verify damages Advise customers on repair plans, negotiate repair methods and costs with insurance Use discretionary judgment for damage inclusion and payment Review repair orders, verify authorizations and payments Negotiate customer pay repairs and offer incentives Follow up on customer no-shows Negotiate up-sell items with customers Communicate proactively with customers Order parts, process repair order supplements Manage repair center profitability through proper job costing Handle disputes, offer concessions, perform quality checks Comply with safety programs and wear protective equipment Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications 2+ years collision repair experience Valid Driver's License High productivity and quality work Teamwork skills Detail-oriented, understanding manufacturer specs Bilingual in Spanish/English
