Ensure visual appeal by inspecting products for freshness and quality, keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked, rotating out-of-date items, filling ice tables, and performing other duties as assigned. Maintain organized back stock and support sampling programs to create engaging in-store experiences. Clean display cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains as required. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing needs promptly and effectively, modeling suggestive selling techniques to enhance the shopping experience. Maximize sales potential through proper product preparation, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising practices.
