Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of commercial sales consultants, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop strong relationships with key commercial clients, providing personalized vehicle solutions tailored to their business needs
Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the commercial sector
Ensure your team has expert-level knowledge of Chevrolet's commercial vehicle lineup to guide customers with confidence
Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to ensure objectives are met
Collaborate with marketing to build campaigns that generate buzz and drive commercial sales in the local market
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business from commercial clients

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or automotive sales management

Familiarity with Chevrolet's commercial offerings is a plus, but not a must
