Member Sales Support Representatives

Member Support Advocate BroadPath is hiring Member Support Advocates to work from home! The remote Member Support Advocate assists Health Plan Members by responding to inbound, outbound, and chat inquiries accurately and resolving issues in a consistent manner through an efficient, empathetic, positive, and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound, outbound and chat interactions with members and providers.
Assist members, providers, and insurance agents with healthcare benefits and options using web systems
Ensure high levels of member satisfaction by maintaining a resolution-focused mindset, identifying problems, and proactively producing results
Provide support for navigating online web systems and troubleshooting technical issues
Effectively multitask while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
Build and maintain positive relationships with members and providers by offering exceptional support
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment
Minimum 1 year of healthcare-related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating various software and systems
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a focus on customer satisfaction
Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
