What Youll Do Support the Sales Manager with daily and monthly membership growth initiatives. Assist with developing and rolling out sales campaigns, promotions, and events. Track and report on membership sales performance. Help train and coach team members on communicating membership benefits. Collaborate with site leadership to ensure a consistent sales message and excellent customer experience. Learn leadership and coaching skills to prepare for future advancement. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 13 years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales support (internships or part-time experience welcome). Strong organizational and communication skills. Goal-oriented mindset with interest in career growth. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
