Who We’re Looking For
A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for sales
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team & connect with customers
Membership-based or retail sales experience preferred
What You’ll Do
Drive membership, retail sales, and revenue growth by highlighting routine dog hygiene benefits
Lead, train, and develop high-performing sales and service teams
Build relationships with dog parents and engage the local community to increase brand awareness
Manage daily operations to maintain safety, efficiency, cleanliness, service excellence & member satisfaction
