Your Mission: Grow the Club One Great Woman at a Time You’ll be the first hello and the final signature. From prospecting to personalized tours to signed applications, you’ll lead the membership sales process with intention, style, and integrity — backed by a collaborative marketing team that has your back.
What You’ll Do Find the Right People - Launch and lead creative outreach strategies - Tap into local professional groups, referral networks, and community events - Connect with women who light up when they hear “this Club is for you” Show Off What We’ve Built - Give personalized tours that feel more like conversations than sales pitches - Communicate the value of membership in a way that resonates - Build trust and enthusiasm throughout the sales journey Track, Report, Close - Maintain a clean CRM — from first contact to final “welcome!” - Track conversions, leads, and outreach data - Collaborate with leadership to refine the sales process as we grow Collaborate with Marketing - Work closely with our marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns - Provide feedback on what prospects are asking, loving, or hesitating about - Be part of a cross-functional team that’s as committed to growth as you are
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You... - Have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury services, hospitality, or membership-based organizations - Are equal parts driven and gracious — a people-person with a plan - Are comfortable managing your own pipeline and hitting clear targets - Love helping women find spaces that support their goals, growth, and joy - Can speak fluently about community, value, and what makes The Village Club sparkle
