Member Sales Specialist – D1 Training North Shore (Glenview, IL) Are you a high-energy, people-driven professional who thrives in sales and wants to be part of something bigger? Job Summary
We’re seeking a driven, enthusiastic Member Sales Specialist this a  results-driven sales environment .
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to new leads with speed-to-contact as a priority
Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial inquiry to closed membership
Ensure all client notes, touchpoints, and activity are logged and tracked accurately
Match prospects with the right D1 program based on their goals and needs
Build relationships with members and help drive retention and referrals
Qualifications
High-energy, enthusiastic personality with a passion for fitness
1+ years of sales experience (fitness industry preferred)
1+ years in customer service with proven relationship-building skills
Phone sales and/or appointment-setting experience (1+ years)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
