Position: Merchandise Sales Representative Location: Kailua Kona, HI Pay: $20/hour Experience: 2 years of retail merchandising experience. Education: High school diploma or GED. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 6:00am to 2:30pm Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Merchandise Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team Promote company products and services while building relationships with your designated accounts. Job Description: Grow customer connections and sales by stocking the right items based on customer demand. Stock displays in a manner compliant with customers' defined schematics Remove outdated and damaged products from displays. Optimize consumer engagement on shelves by stocking new and existing merchandise. Clean fixtures, update pricing, and replace tags when stocking or dressing down department displays. Enhance partnerships with retailers and maintain client relationships by visiting with store employees and store managers. Collaborate with store leadership on product displays. Order all products and handle any conflicts that arise. Set up orders in Customer systems and solve issues with billing, receiving, and scanning at the customer level. Position Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
