: Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for Meta's wearable and carrier products within the assigned market.
Carrier Engagement: Build strong relationships with carrier leadership, employees, and customers.
Product Training: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for carrier staff on Meta product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize product adoption and market share.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers at carrier locations, demonstrating product value and closing Meta and carrier technology solutions.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Meta as a passionate and knowledgeable brand ambassador, creating excitement and enthusiasm for the products.
Market Management: Effectively manage assigned markets, including scheduling visits, tracking progress, and optimizing sales efforts.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meta products, carrier technology, and industry trends.
Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
Collaborate effectively with wireless carrier team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
An interest in wearables, specifically AV and VR products, is a plus
Ability to engage, inspire, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Thrive in a fast-paced environment; motivated to achieve sales targets
Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekend shifts required
Own a smartphone; tech-savvy
Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, and grab approximately 20 lbs. occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
