Manage and oversee organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with Daikin’s marketing department on lead generation to support the sales of Daikin’s high-volume residential and commercial HVAC products. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales planning team by tracking sales and goals. Manage and oversee the activities of the Sales Planning Analysts responsible for creating aggregate monthly sales forecast by model for assigned product class, creating standardized & custom reports, conducting quantitative product & sales analysis and ensuring data integrity. Responsible for the annual territory planning cycle. Collaborate with Regional Sales Executives on territory definitions, headcount requirements, organizational design, and sales territory assignments. Lead operational processes around sales segmentation, coverage models and account scoring. Develop analysis and surfaces insights to support annual business goals through strategic territory strategy. Coordinate with Sales Managers on Quarterly Business Planning cycle to develop strategies and tactical priorities by territory. Oversee implementation of account planning and account review program and cadence across the year. Collaborate with regional process coaches who train, inspect and enforce the sales policies that support territory management and account planning. Partner with regional Sales Executives and CRM administrators to implement an effective and efficient account governance model. Partner with Marketing and Business Management Systems to drive enhanced account data, data hygiene and first-party account insights.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Logistics, Global Studies or a closely related field.

Minimum Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of experience with high-volume HVAC manufacturer in quantitative business and sales analysis, forecasting and production planning including three (3) years of experience creating aggregate monthly sales forecast by model/product class, creating standardized & custom reports and ensuring data integrity through validation and testing of models.
