The Role

We're looking for a builder-a leader who thrives in the trenches and knows how to scale. As Mid-Market Sales Manager , you'll lead and grow a high-performing team of AEs, build the processes to scale fast, and help define what world-class mid-market sales execution looks like in a new, high-velocity category.

What You'll Do Expand our mid-market AE team from 4 to 8 reps immediately, with the systems and structure to grow to 16-20 reps Hire, ramp, coach, and retain high-output reps who can close 10+ deals/month Run weekly pipeline reviews, call coaching sessions, and strategy sprints Stay hands-on- join customer calls, close deals , and lead from the front Drive team performance against aggressive revenue targets and hiring plans Build the foundational processes for recruiting, onboarding, forecasting, and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap and positioning Be a domain expert on AI-first brand visibility, search behavior, and marketing trends Establish executive-level trust with CMOs and senior marketing leaders What Sets You Apart 5-8 years of SaaS sales experience, with 2-4 years managing mid-market teams Proven ability to scale headcount and revenue simultaneously Obsessed with coaching, rep performance, and process- but not afraid to get your hands dirty Experience operating in high-velocity, competitive environments Comfortable selling into VP and C-level buyers, especially in marketing or brand functions Builder's mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and systems-oriented Deep understanding of AI, marketing tech, SEO, or digital strategy is a plus
