The perfect person for this job would be:
Relationship Builder? Someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, builds trust quickly, and nurtures long-term client relationships. Are you willing and able to expand your reach into schools, community centers, municipalities, small business, corporate contracts? Hustler with a Heart? Experience in door-to-door or field sales, possibly in insurance, home services, or tech? Are you resilient? Do you thrive on rejection, and know how to close deals with empathy and grit? Does your tenacity and people-first approach align with your mission to empower communities. Strategic Networker? Skilled in storytelling, grant pitching, and willing/able to leverage networks for growth. Digital Connector? Experience as an inside/outside sales rep with strong social media and CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Are you tech-savvy, data-driven, and comfortable with virtual demos and remote outreach?
Key Responsibilities Promote and sell safety equipment, fire extinguishers and supplies to general industry and construction clients. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Potentially conduct site visits to assess safety needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Stay informed about OSHA regulations and industry safety standards. We seek someone who understands that sales isn’t just about transactions—it’s about empowering customers through education and cultivating long-term partnerships built on trust Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Flexibility for other duties as needed.
Requirements: Required: 2–3 years in B2B sales , education, healthcare, construction, general industry, municipalities and/or safety industries. Proven experience in outside sales , preferably in safety, industrial, or construction sectors. Strong understanding of safety products and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally. Willingness to relocate to the Denver area. We do not have a relocation package being offered at this time.
