We are looking for passionate individuals who can take on additional responsibilities and support the store's success. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales to exceed your personal targets and contribute to the store's overall success. Promote our engaging Music & Arts lesson program to potential students. Build connections with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations to expand our customer base. Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through compelling sales presentations and service. Deliver outstanding customer service that enhances the shopping experience for every visitor. Encourage customer loyalty through personalized engagement. Participate in various store operations, including merchandising, creating displays, and maintenance tasks. Help maintain store security, including door keys, register keys, and personal alarm codes. Complete additional duties as assigned. Why Choose Music & Arts? Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Strong understanding of musical instruments and music theory.
