Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the sales team through coaching, support, and motivation to achieve their sales goals. Monitor financial performance, inventory levels, and key statistics to ensure store success. Ensure that all products are accessible for purchase and displayed in an appealing manner. Oversee payroll, recruitment, and training processes for store employees. Execute daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to teaching staff. Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor in the store.
