Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Advertising Sales Representative to sell digital advertising packages, banner ads, and sponsored content opportunities across SISTAH Magazine. This role is commission-only (25% per closed ad sale) and is ideal for someone who loves building relationships with brands and delivering ROI-driven advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Build and maintain a pipeline of advertisers who align with our readership (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, education, social impact). Pitch ad space, sponsored articles, and newsletter placements. Sales Execution Present rate cards and media kits, answer advertiser questions, and guide them toward the best ad tier for their goals. Close deals and track sales performance. Account Management Ensure ad creatives are delivered on time and to spec. Collaborate with editorial team to integrate sponsored content seamlessly. Revenue Growth Hit monthly and quarterly ad sales targets. Build long-term advertiser relationships for renewals and upsells. Qualifications Experience in digital advertising sales or media sales is preferred. Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-through skills. Comfortable working in a fully commission-only environment. Knowledge of digital publishing, media metrics, and audience targeting is a bonus. Charlotte, NC based a plus but not required
