National Network Services- Regional Sales Representative:

Role:

This role reports to the Preconstruction-sales manager and is responsible for developing and managing the customer relationship and general direction of the AV/cabling/security business.

This individual should have an RCDD or equivalent certification.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in or around the Dallas/Ft. Worth market, engaged in business development/account management within the commercial Audio Visual, structured cabling and or physical security space.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities as outlined below, and any additional duties as required/assigned by the General Manager. Pre-Construction

Primarily building and development of new customer relationships and positioning National in new project opportunities specifically related to commercial, higher education and Healthcare. Manage existing customer relationships. Evaluate bid opportunities.

Track upcoming opportunities within designated accounts. Manage the opportunity through the sales pipeline.

Focus on direct end user and consultant driven opportunities. Contract negotiation/management Manage multiple accounts at any given time. Engage throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction. Company leadership direction

Make recommendations for improvements in the cabling, audio visual and security business. Participate in the overall NNS leadership team.

Compensation

Salary position based on a base salary plus commission with total compensation target in the $90-$150k range based on the candidates ability to generate business.
