Your Mission As Lead Sales Director, your role is to strategize, build, and scale a high-performing D2C sales organization . You’ll develop the recruitment pipeline, design the sales structure, train reps, and personally help implement the systems that drive results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be in the field coaching reps, rolling out playbooks, and ensuring execution at the ground level. Key Responsibilities Build & Scale D2C Sales Teams – Recruit, train, and manage door-to-door crews and group/event teams. Recruitment & Training Systems – Design and implement playbooks, onboarding materials, objection-handling guides, and performance tracking. Implementation & Coaching – Accompany reps to appointments, lead field trainings, and ensure consistent adoption of processes. Sales Organization Structure – Create the framework for compensation plans, territory design, and growth paths for reps and managers. Performance Accountability – Track KPIs (conversion rates, team growth, average sales, retention) and report progress against monthly/quarterly goals. Execution Leadership – Ensure the team is consistently hitting revenue targets while building a culture of excellence and accountability. What You Bring 5+ years of leadership in direct-to-consumer sales, with proven door-to-door or event-based experience Demonstrated success recruiting, training, and scaling sales teams from the ground up Strategic thinker with the ability to design systems and drive adoption in the field Strong communication and coaching skills, able to motivate both new reps and seasoned managers Data-driven operator with experience in CRM and performance tracking tools Passion for health, wellness, and consumer products that make a difference Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: $85,000/year Commission: 2% on total D2C organizational revenue generated from the teams you help implement and lead (Example: Our last rep earned over $100K on just $2M in revenue at the 2% rate) Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives for hitting recruitment and sales growth milestones Career Path: Progression toward VP or National Sales Leadership
