ISC’s team of Sales Recruiters is partnering with a thriving post-acute care Healthcare Solutions company to identify an experienced and successful National Sales Trainer in the Charlotte area to work hybrid.


The National Sales Trainer designs, delivers, and manages training for the U.S. and Canadian Sales Organization. Responsible for new hire onboarding, ongoing sales development, and programs aligned with leadership direction, this role applies adult learning principles to build effective training, assessments, and initiatives that drive team performance and support corporate goals.

National Sales Trainer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of combined Field Sales and Training experience in the Medical Device industry
  • Knowledge of sales strategies with expertise in teaching product positioning
  • Passion for developing others through learning and growth opportunities
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of the marketplace with clinical, financial, and operational insight across the continuum
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong project management and time management abilities
  • High energy, positive, adaptable, composed, driven, and innovative
  • Travel approximately twice per quarter

National Sales Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Design, update, and deliver impactful sales training programs
  • Lead new hire onboarding, national meetings, and ongoing learning
  • Create assessments to measure knowledge and application
  • Partner with Marketing, HR, Regulatory, and Sales to align content
  • Ensure materials meet branding and compliance standards
  • Share best practices and leverage resources for consistency
  • Stay current on products, market trends, and healthcare landscape
  • Equip sales teams with clinical knowledge and competitive insights
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and field coaching
  • Drive continuous sales force development aligned with strategy
  • Provide resources to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness
