Responsibilities and Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus. 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred. Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position. Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, or depression is preferred. Leadership & Performance: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams of specialty sales representatives. Documented high sales and leadership performance records. Licensing & Skills: Drivers license with a clean driving history. Ability to secure and maintain healthcare provider credentialing, build positive relationships, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Strong analytical and business acumen is essential. Location & Travel: Must reside near a major airport within the district. Ability to travel up to 75% and maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment. Experience in small companies and start-up environments is preferred.
