In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to be successful in new home sales and, after a training period of 6-12 months, increase your responsibilities as a Sales Consultant with big earning potential. Responsibilities:

Sales Associates will participate in David Weekley Homes' training program while supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing and other duties.

Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!

Qualifications

Real estate experience is not required. If you have recently graduated or have experience in hospitality, serving, education, insurance, apartment leasing, event management or a comparable customer-facing role, we want to talk with you!

Bachelor’s degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related field

Must be able to work weekends, evenings & some holidays
