Lincoln of Cincinnati has a need for a Vehicle Sales Manager. Candidates must be proficient in working in the CRM and willing to work closely with our salespeople daily. The Sales Manager will assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Sales Dept., including: sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, display and merchandising, hiring, training, and motivating salespersons. Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, foster a positive workplace, and display effective leadership skills. Position will report to GM.

Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of recent experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager Provide your CSI numbers for YTD 2023 Strong computer skills including CDK, DriveCentric, and vAuto Good math skills College a plus Positive reference from current GM will be requested at time of offer WE OFFER: Strong pay plan: excellent compensation potential!
