Night Parts Counter Sales Clerk Are you an automotive parts expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment? A trucking company in Sioux City is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Night Parts Counter Sales Clerk to join their team! In this role, you will be a vital link between their customers and the parts needed to keep their heavy-duty trucks and equipment running smoothly. This is a full-time position. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. What You'll Do: Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with their truck parts needs. Use our parts catalog and inventory management system to accurately identify and locate the correct parts. Provide expert advice and technical assistance to customers and our service department. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts counter and showroom. Collaborate with the parts manager and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in truck or heavy-duty equipment parts sales is highly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy environment. Proficient computer skills and experience with inventory and point-of-sale software. A high school diploma or equivalent.
