Job Summary: Cerritos NISSAN is seeking an experienced NISSAN Sales Consultant to join our team in Cerritos, California. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time commission position in the auto industry, and it is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget

Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential customers

Process and file paperwork accurately and efficiently during and after the sales process

Keep up-to-date on current and new products, features, and accessories

Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and mentoring

Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry and legal standards

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Proficient computer and technology skills

Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
